At Cove Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns


  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

 

Non-Returnable Items


  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Damaged or Defective Items

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
