At Cove Designs, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. Some of our items are kept in limited stock, while others are made especially for you.
Order Processing & Production Time
- If an item is in stock, it will be prepared for shipment shortly after your order is confirmed.
- If an item is not in stock, it will be made to order.
- Made-to-order items require a production period of 3 to 4 weeks before shipping.
Delivery Time
- Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
- You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production schedules, high demand, or external factors beyond our control.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started for made-to-order items.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, size, and weight of the items.

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may occasionally require additional time. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
